Background
China has become a global force in development finance. Chinese financial institutions, specifically China Exim and China Development Bank, are key global lenders and players.
With prudent fiscal and revenue measures in place, our Client's pipeline of projects by Chinese contractors opened up ECA financing possibilities.
We supported the Client in their international engagements with Chinese financial institutions and various other stakeholders, and considered the possibility of loan repayments secured by mining revenues.
