Background
With PWC, we made a joint proposal for the Strategy, Business and Development Plan of Maloy SEZ. Also known as Kawasan Industri dan Pelabuhan Internasional Maloy/ KIPI Maloy, the project is located on Kaliorang dan Sangkulirang District, East Kutai Regency with a total area of 5.305 hectares. KIPI Maloy has been planned to be a centre of oil palm based industry, oleochemical industry, and its derivatives.
