Background
The Conakry Urban Regeneration Project was a US $100 million undertaking that would generate 6,000 job opportunities. The project targeted three state-owned and empty land areas to be transformed respectively into a city gallery park, infocomm & tech hub, and a city mall & hotel. The recommended activities for each site were in line with the suggested economic positioning of the city and country.

site visits and developed detailed aerial site plans for structural and design analysis
CONSTRUCTUTED
developmental parameters for each site in terms of site area, infrastructure requirements and electricity & water requirements
DESIGNED
visionary overlays for each site detailing the layout, interior design and aerial view
